How I started:
It all began when I started to work as a full-time nanny in 2012. My fellow nannies struggled to find jobs. I listened to them gave some advice and invited them to a small meeting to learn more about each other and help one another, find better solutions to our problems. I decided to help them as much as I could and documented as much as I saw that happened to us as nannies Latinas. I founded my business and named it Club de Nannies Latino after I got active on social media. Now we are ready to be there to help families as a team we are.
